ANNUAL SAFEWALK

Working to end violence

SAVE THE DATE!

Danbury Fair Mall

Our 2019 SafeWalk is in the books!

Hundreds of enthusiastic supporters packed the center court at the Danbury Fair Mall on Sunday morning to honor, sing, dance and celebrate the work of the Women’s Center and to raise our collective voices to End the Violence!

While the SafeWalk is over, the reasons why we walk are still pressing.

Donations continue to be accepted here!

The SafeWalk is our premier event to unite the Community in our mission to end domestic violence and raise much needed funds to support our programs.

We work hard each year to make this event enjoyable for all of the individuals, families, teams and local businesses, with entertainment, food and activities for everyone.

As always, the money raised from this event stays in our community and is used to support our programs and services. We need the support of everyone in the community, so please consider participating in next year’s event.

Volunteers Welcome!

Each year, we look for people to join our Walk Committee for team recruitment (recruit teams from corporations, schools, churches, and throughout the community); coordinate day-of entertainment and activities; and volunteer the day of the event.

Contact the Women’s Center if you would like to get involved. We welcome all who can help!
